SPEED CLINICS

At Nox Performance, our Speed Clinics are designed to help athletes move faster, more efficiently, and with purpose. Each 6-week block combines elite-level speed training with structured progressions in sprint mechanics, acceleration, change of direction, and plyometric development. Every athlete begins and finishes with testing, allowing you to track real performance gains across the program. Whether you’re building foundational technique or sharpening your top-end speed, our clinics are where athletes level up, together.

Each class is capped at 15 athletes to ensure coaching quality, individual feedback, and meaningful progress. This approach has helped athletes from a wide range of sports improve performance, confidence, and on-field transfer...with many going on to higher levels of competition.
