SPEED CLINICS
At Nox Performance, our Speed Clinics are designed to help athletes move faster, more efficiently, and with purpose. Each 6-week block combines elite-level speed training with structured progressions in sprint mechanics, acceleration, change of direction, and plyometric development. Every athlete begins and finishes with testing, allowing you to track real performance gains across the program. Whether you’re building foundational technique or sharpening your top-end speed, our clinics are where athletes level up, together.
Each class is intentionally limited to a small group of athletes to ensure coaching quality, individual feedback, and meaningful progress. This approach has helped athletes from a wide range of sports improve performance, confidence, and on-field transfer...with many going on to higher levels of competition.

HOW IT WORKS
SPEED CLINICS AT A GLANCE

SPEED TRAINING
Our Speed Clinics develop acceleration, sprint mechanics, max velocity, and change of direction through coached, technical sessions.

FLEXIBLE ATTENDANCE
Athletes can attend 1–3 sessions per week depending on their schedule. The structure gives flexibility and access, not pressure.

PROGRESSIVE TRAINING
Athletes can access up to 3 speed sessions per week, giving them regular exposure and clear progression across the training block.

CLASS LEVELS
We offer Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced classes to suit different ages, abilities, and training experience.

MOVEMENT QUALITY
Every session focuses on efficient movement, better body positions, and long-term athletic development not just running harder.

AUCKLAND WIDE LOCATIONS
Clinics run across Central, East, and South Auckland, giving athletes multiple options to train around their weekly schedule

STRAIGHT FROM THE FEED
For me personally I found that nox performance has really helped me improve on my speed alot weather it’s on the track or on the rugby field I could really tell the difference in my technique. Nox performance has also helped me get faster as I have beaten my own PR ever since I’ve joined this program

Training with Enoch has helped me progress massively in my sporting career...I was able to transition this onto the field and I experienced a change in my speed, allowing me to get past defenders. I can proudly say that Enoch’s trainings have played a massive part in my development of a rugby player

NZ Secondary School Rugby 2024
The coaches themselves were kind and knowledgeable where they identified my weak points and how I could improve, which helped my on field performance and my track performance. Overall I think nox performance is great and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get faster.
