Service Description

High-performance holiday program (not babysitting) – structured, coached sessions each day Athlete testing & benchmarking – get key numbers recorded before school starts Speed development – acceleration, technique, and running mechanics Plyometrics & power – jumping, landing, explosiveness, and coordination Movement skills – agility, change of direction, balance, and control Condensed Nox training – the same methods we use all year, packed into 1 week of fun. Guest speakers – past Nox athletes sharing real journeys + lessons Relatable role models – top high school athletes and higher-level athletes Games that translate – tag, touch, American football, soccer + more Skills into live play – apply what’s learnt in fun, competitive environments Keeps kids active – focused training + fun so they’ve always got something to do Confidence & readiness – build habits, fitness, and momentum for the new school year


Cancellation Policy

By booking, you agree to the terms below. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under NZ consumer law. Bookings & payment • Payment in full is required to secure a spot. Limited spaces – first paid, first confirmed. • Bookings are for the dates selected and are non-transferable unless approved by Nox. Cancellations / refunds / credits • 7–10 days before start: 50% refund OR credit. • 0–6 days before start, no-shows, or leaving early: no refund. • Illness/injury: credit may be offered with a medical certificate (valid 3 months). • Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be made up. Drop-off & pick-up • Athletes must be signed in/out by a parent/guardian (or approved adult). • Please arrive on time. Late pick-ups may incur a fee. Health & safety • Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and emergency contacts. • Athletes should bring a drink bottle, suitable footwear, and appropriate clothing. Participation is at the athlete’s own risk; coaches provide progressions and safety guidelines. Behaviour • Respect is required. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal with no refund. Weather/changes • Sessions may be modified for weather/venue issues. There is an indoor facility so program will still go ahead unless informed otherwise. Photos/videos • We may capture content for coaching and marketing. Opt-out by emailing us before the program starts.
