Service Description
This class is for athletes and active adults who want intentional, high-quality speed training, not just fitness or conditioning. Whether you’re: An adult new to sprinting but comfortable with athletic movement and coaching cues A high school or senior athlete confident in sprint mechanics or confident in learning complex techniques and ques. A semi-pro or competitive athlete using speed sessions as a technical top-up Or a weekend warrior who wants to move faster, cleaner, and more efficiently This class meets you where you’re at-not by age, but by movement capacity and intent. Sessions are highly coached and technically driven, with a focus on: Acceleration and maximum velocity mechanics Sprint rhythm, posture, and force application Plyometrics and elastic qualities for speed transfer Change of direction for field and court sports We also offer early-morning primer sessions designed to prepare athletes for weekend competition-sharpening speed qualities without unnecessary fatigue. This is not a high-volume class. It’s for athletes who want precision, coaching, and purpose in their speed work.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your 5/6-week Speed Clinic booking up to 7 days before the program start date for a full refund. After the first week of the clinic, if you decide not to continue, you may cancel for a partial refund or credit transfer based on the remaining weeks. However, cancellations made after the first week of the program are non-refundable. All sessions are outdoors and therefore weather dependent. If a session is cancelled due to weather or circumstances outside of our control, a make-up session will be scheduled. Updates will be communicated via email or social media a few hours before the scheduled session. Athlete Safety & Behaviour Athletes must arrive 10–15 minutes early for warm-up and check-in. Please bring appropriate training shoes, water, and weather-appropriate gear. Athletes are expected to show respect, effort, and teamwork towards coaches and peers at all times. Nox Performance coaches prioritise athlete safety at every session. However, participation in physical training carries an inherent risk of injury.
