Service Description

South Advanced Class Our South Advanced Class is designed for a small group of athletes ready for a higher level of speed training. Limited to just 10 athletes, this class is for those who have progressed through our Intermediate class, compete in high-level sport, or are capable of understanding and applying more advanced speed concepts. Led by Coach Nox, this class will go beyond the basics and focus on more detailed technical work, higher-level movement understanding, and performance-based speed development for serious athletes. Class Schedule Disclaimer All training classes run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00pm-8:00pm. Please note that testing weeks may vary in both date and time, as we aim to give all athletes the opportunity to complete testing on at least two occasions before and after the speed clinic block. This allows us to collect more accurate and meaningful performance data. All athletes and families will be notified of testing dates and times in advance. Any changes to days and times apply to testing weeks only.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your 5/6-week Speed Clinic booking up to 7 days before the program start date for a full refund. After the first week of the clinic, if you decide not to continue, you may cancel for a partial refund or credit transfer based on the remaining weeks. However, cancellations made after the first week of the program are non-refundable. All sessions are outdoors and therefore weather dependent. If a session is cancelled due to weather or circumstances outside of our control, a make-up session will be scheduled. Updates will be communicated via email or social media a few hours before the scheduled session. Athlete Safety & Behaviour Athletes must arrive 10–15 minutes early for warm-up and check-in. Please bring appropriate training shoes, water, and weather-appropriate gear. Athletes are expected to show respect, effort, and teamwork towards coaches and peers at all times. Nox Performance coaches prioritise athlete safety at every session. However, participation in physical training carries an inherent risk of injury. By booking, you acknowledge this risk and agree to follow all coach instructions to reduce it. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
