Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your 5/6-week Speed Clinic booking up to 3 days before the program start date for a full refund. After the first week of the clinic, if you decide not to continue, you may cancel for a partial refund or credit transfer based on the remaining weeks. However, cancellations made after the first week of the program are non-refundable. All sessions are outdoors and therefore weather dependent. If a session is cancelled due to weather or circumstances outside of our control, a make-up session will be scheduled. Updates will be communicated via email or social media a few hours before the scheduled session. Athlete Safety & Behaviour Athletes must arrive 10–15 minutes early for warm-up and check-in. Please bring appropriate training shoes, water, and weather-appropriate gear. Athletes are expected to show respect, effort, and teamwork towards coaches and peers at all times. Nox Performance coaches prioritise athlete safety at every session. However, participation in physical training carries an inherent risk of injury.
